How can I track my order?
Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly via our Track Order page. As we use DSers for dropshipping, delivery times may vary slightly depending on the supplier. If you need help, feel free to reach out to our support team anytime!
How long will it take to receive my order?
At Sigma Bela, we partner with reliable global suppliers to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order is placed, it usually takes between 1 to 5 business days to process. After processing, the delivery time depends on your location. On average, orders to the United States arrive within 7 to 15 business days, while international deliveries may take anywhere from 10 to 30 business days. Please keep in mind that shipping times can vary slightly due to factors like customs processing, high demand, or unexpected delays. As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Can I return worn or used products?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for worn or used products. To maintain quality and hygiene standards for all our customers, all returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging intact. If you believe your item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please reach out to our support team within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll be happy to help resolve the issue.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping, so changes or cancellations are only possible within a short window after your order is placed. If you need to make any changes or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we won’t be able to make modifications or stop the delivery. In such cases, you may need to wait for the order to arrive and then follow our return policy if applicable.
I received the wrong item. What should I do?

This option is the most cost-effective and allows us to keep prices low for our customers while still ensuring reliable delivery. All orders include tracking, so you can follow your package once it’s been shipped. As we grow, we plan to introduce more shipping options, including express delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange as per your preference. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and we are unable to accept returns on worn, used, or personalized items.
